Every war has a beginning…
Lieutenant Reegan Alexis is engaged in a seemingly endless battle with a nightmarish monster. She doesn’t survive… until a scientist takes the top half of her mech suit, with her inside, and gives it a few enhancements. Waking in a basement level hospital, Alix is disoriented and confused, but determined to figure out what has happened to the world, and how she can change it.
