KILLBOX
A kill box is a military term for a three-dimensional space containing the most moving targets for gunfire. Tom Riordan’s KILLBOX is a four-mile-squared killing zone laid out over Los Angeles, designed as a competition for the entertainment of millions. Except in this reality show, what starts as a bartender trying to win money for his sick son soon becomes a conflict of cosmic and hellish proportions.
KILLBOX is more than just a comic book — it’s an entire world. The rules are laid out; crime bosses are called in to help curb resistance; mysterious and demonic hit men show up at the drop of a hat and blow people away. The man behind the whole box is a mystifying personality known only as Leonard who seems to care about little beyond gambling revenue, although his method of discipline proves he’s more than just power-drunk. The cast of contestants ranges from a teenage sharpshooter to a mentally disturbed serial murderer, and they’re all out for blood.
If you thought FIGHT CLUB was brutal and mind-warping, just wait until you read KILLBOX.
